    Chicken Yakitori—Soy, Mirin, Sake, hot sauce, oil—2 hour marinade
    Sweet & Savory Skewers: Zucchini: Pineapple, Red Bell (Balsamic maranade on Zucc)
    Rice Noodle with Lime, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, & oil dress (on greens also).
